Totally broke and still spending. Do we believe that? What happened to the $5 million dollars for the sale of Liberty School? Money is missing. We need to hear more about the deficit and less about imaginary concessions that both the Teachers and the Board are keeping close. Do we see the Mayor in full support of the Board of Education?
